Our Rated Program

At Flower Hill Farms, we believe that the key to success is a well-rounded training approach. Our Rated Program is designed to provide riders with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to reach their goals, whether you're a beginner, an advanced competitor, or aiming for top national finals. We’ve coached students who have qualified and competed at the most prestigious national events, including the USEF Medal Finals, ASPCA Maclay Finals, NHS Hamel Foundation Finals, and USEF Junior Hunter Finals. After medal final goals have been achieved, many of our riders have gone on to compete for top Division I NCAA equestrian teams, including nationally recognized programs such as Auburn University and Texas Christian University. Our riders are trained with personalized schedules and support designed to meet their unique goals, ensuring that they are well-prepared for each step in their journey.

What Does Our Rated Program Include?
  • ​Private & Group Lessons: Whether you prefer one-on-one instruction or the camaraderie of group lessons, our full training package offers both options. Our trainers tailor lessons to meet each rider’s skill level and goals, helping you progress at your own pace
  • Flatwork & Jumping Training: We focus on all aspects of riding, from foundational flatwork to exercises over fences. We work on perfecting position, balance, rhythm, and effectiveness while riding, ensuring you’re prepared for a wide range of questions asked while on course. 
  • Health & Wellness: Your horse’s health is our priority. Full training includes regular checks of your horse’s overall well-being, with guidance on proper feeding, supplements, and routines.
  • Vet & Farrier Coordination: We work closely with your vet and farrier to ensure that your horse’s health and soundness are maintained to meet the demands of training and competition.
  • Tailored Show Schedule: We collaborate with each rider to create a tailored show schedule that helps them achieve their personal goals. Whether you're focused on qualifying for finals, gaining experience in specific divisions, or preparing for a championship, we design a plan that works for you.
What do our care programs offer?
  • Grooming & Tacking Assistance: All of our horses receive daily grooming. Tack up and down options are available. We encourage are young riders to tack up and down on their own but busy schedules do require these services at times! 
  • Turnout & Eurociser: All of our horses have daily access to turnouts, lunging if needed and time on the Eurociser.
  • Grain & Medication: Our staff feeds grain and any necessary medications up to two times per day. We stay on top of ordering medication and supplement refills, weight management, and all of the horses dietary needs. 
  • BeMer therapy: Whether your horse is recovering from an injury, experiencing muscle tension, or simply needs an extra boost to improve performance, BeMer therapy can make a significant difference.
  • Blanketing: Seasonal blanketing is included in all of our care packages.
